Communication Skills

This is a 3 hour workshop for students or adults who are looking to improve their communication skills particularly for the purpose of securing voluntary or paid work.

The course aim is to demonstrate how having strong communication skills will assist you in finding and keeping a job.

The course also works towards improving interview skills, practices of the various communication methods and technologies, as well as, the uses of formal verses informal communication.

Outcomes of positive verses negative communication is debated and practiced speaking and listening skills are work-shopped.
