Team Building through Creative Art

This is a one day course that includes refreshments and a light lunch.

The course is suited for an end of year team building session or times during the year when there is a change of staff or an organisational adjustment.

This is a fun team building course whether the learners are artistic or not. The course explores the strengths in the team and focuses on areas that require development.

Content and activities recognises those who possesses or have hidden leadership skills and wish to further develop them, builds a new level of confidence in raising new innovative ideas and following through with them, cultivates team rapport and promotes problem solving skills whilst creating a piece of art work on canvas for learners to take away with them to hang in their office or display in a community space.

Also, a photo is taken of each piece of art work and turned into greeting cards for personal or organisational use.
