Surviving Year 12 (Students)
This is a 3 hour workshop for year 12 Students. The aim of the course is to provide tips on how to look after yourself during moments of intense study and how to manage stress levels leading up to exam times.
The course also talks about strategies on how to build resilience, to understand and be aware of positive and negative emotions and their effects.
The course also talks about how and when may be a good time to connect with the right people if you are not coping so well.
