This 3 hour workshop. The purpose of this workshop is to enable learners to discover all aspects of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
This will be achieved by the course content covering wide-ranging information on nutritional differences between fresh and processed foods, appropriate food handling, storage and preparation methods.
The course content explains the food groups, as well as, the benefits of exercise and rest. The course also looks at ways to make improvement to their current diet and lifestyle.
